This last weekend was the varsity’s first time off our home field.
We made the epic journey accost the great state of South Dakota in order to
reach Sioux Falls for our games against Huron and Tea. Our first game against Huron
started at 4:30 and went for a solid 90 min. unfortunately we suffered a brutal
loss with the final score being 0-8. Our game against Tea the next day did a
great job at lifting our spirits the next day. We scored 5 goals and played
what was probably our best game yet.
Our trip wasn’t all work though; we stayed at the Baymont
Inn where we enjoyed ourselves with knocking on random doors, attempting to
flood the hot tub, and all around debauchery in the pool. The trip all in all
was a great experience that I think everyone enjoyed greatly.

Great game! We definently did everything in our power in the second game! It helped motivate us when Brennan scored thats for sure! Also i scored goal number "two" for myself!
I'll look forward to reading your updates. Does the team often play two games in a weekend, or was that just because it was across the state?
